Android-Based Application for User Complaint as to Support SLA Implementation

Abstract This study aims to design and build an android-based trouble tictket application in order support the implementation of SLA (Serive Level Agreement). idea originated from increasing number internet users Indonesia, so that level competition among service provider companies is also increasing. condition makes consumers more selective choosing providers. Companies must improve their services by ensuring availability network connections can be served optimally. Service Agreement (SLA) a document agreement between customers as guarantee company will provide excellent service. A ticket system mechanism used organization track, report, resolve several types problems experienced. The question numbering reports send providers handled quickly. Through this system, directly communicate with technicians becomes easier, effective efficient. uses Firebase database Android Studio software.
